Some of the members from Coquetdale Lodge No.5122 who originally applied to the fund for a donation on the clubs behalf,  were present; W.Bro. W. Thomson Bathgate PProvSGW (Treasurer), W.Bro. Robin P. Murray (Secretary) and W.Bro. Alan Thompson (Immediate Past Master).
